IDC Shipping Policy

Shipping Methods

IDC will ship your via the fastest and lowest cost shipping method available. IDC utilizes several shipping services including United Parcel Service (UPS), Federal Express (FedEx) and the United States Postal Service (USPS). We will systematically choose the lowest cost carrier when you submit your order. Orders shipped to Post Office (PO) boxes will automatically be shipped via USPS. IDC does not require a signature for UPS or USPS shipments.

Orders that are oversized or require special handling will be shipped via LTL (Less Than Truckload) common carrier. The shipping charges and an approximate shipping time will be provided at checkout. Signature is required by a consenting adult at the time of delivery.

Shipping Locations

IDC will ship from their facility in Long Island City, New York or will direct ship from the manufacturer.

Shipping Delivery Times

Your expected delivery date is determined by the date of shipment and the shipping preference selected. The expected delivery date will be presented to you at the time you submit your order.

Your purchase of in-stock merchandise will be shipped on the day of your order if your order is received prior to 3PM Monday through Friday EST, not including standard business holidays. Orders received after 3PM EST will be shipped the next business day. Special orders and out-of-stock merchandise may require additional time to ship. Your expected delivery date will be presented to you at the time of your order. If your shipment is delayed, IDC Corporation will notify you by email.

If you choose Next Day Air you will receive your order the next business day; if you choose 2nd Day Air you will receive your order within 3 business days; and if you choose Ground you will receive your order within 3-10 business days.

Shipping Charges

Your shipping charges will be based on the weight of your order, the distance shipped and the method you selected upon ordering. IDC Corporation charges standard UPS rates. Please refer to www.UPS.com for a listing of shipping rates. Additional shipping and handling charges apply to items of unusual size or weight.

Orders Damaged in Shipping

If you believe a package received was damaged in transit, please refuse shipment and tell the carrier that you are refusing delivery. Please call IDC Corporation at 718-472-4006 and ask for Internet Sales Customer Service. If you are not present at the time of delivery and cannot refuse delivery, please call Customer Service to make arrangements to return the damaged order.

Shipping Refunds

Your original shipping charge will only be refunded for an item sent to you in error, a defective item, an order damaged in shipping or an item that fail under warranty. Your refund will be automatically credited once IDC receives and inspects the returned item(s). If an order is partially returned, the refund for shipping costs will be prorated accordingly.
